At NTSA, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return the product for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition (including original packaging, manuals, and accessories).

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • The product is not excluded from return (see section 5).

We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization (if applicable). Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 3 days of receipt.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or specially ordered products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Software or digital products once delivered or downloaded

  • Items with broken seals (e.g., opened cleaning chemicals)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges if applicable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the item is eligible for return and refunded, we may deduct the cost of return shipping (if arranged by us) from your refund total.
